Current Position

We do not sell personal information. PropioLedger does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. PropioLedger does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not operate advertising networks. PropioLedger does not currently operate advertising networks, behavioral advertising programs, or retargeting programs.

Current Technologies

At the time of this version, PropioLedger does not currently use:

• Advertising pixels.
• Retargeting technologies.
• Behavioral advertising technologies.
• Advertising audience matching technologies.
• Cross-site advertising identifiers.

Examples of technologies not currently active include Meta Pixel, Google Ads Remarketing, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, and similar advertising technologies.

Service Providers

PropioLedger may disclose information to service providers acting on behalf of Stilly Ventures, Inc. for purposes such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication, security, payment processing if enabled, customer support, email delivery, maps, and geocoding. These disclosures are not considered sales of personal information. Service providers may process information as necessary to provide services to Stilly Ventures, Inc..

Future Advertising Technologies

If PropioLedger introduces advertising technologies in the future, required disclosures, privacy notices, cookie controls, and required opt-out mechanisms will be updated. Users will be provided with any rights required under applicable laws.

Global Privacy Control

PropioLedgerrecognizes and honors valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by applicable law. Where applicable, GPC signals may automatically communicate a user's preference to opt out of certain forms of data sharing, sale, or advertising-related processing. Users may also manage preferences through Cookie Preferences.

Opt-Out Requests

Because PropioLedger does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is presently no sale or sharing activity from which users must opt out. You may still submit an opt-out request below so we can record and honor your preference, including for future practices if applicable.

Tenant, Renter, and Customer Account Information

PropioLedger allows users to store information relating to renters, tenants, occupants, vendors, owners, and other third parties. Stilly Ventures, Inc. does not sell tenant or renter information stored by users and does not share tenant or renter information for advertising purposes. Information stored within customer accounts is processed to provide and operate the Services.
