PropioLedger is a product of Stilly Ventures, Inc.. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

This Cookie Policy applies to public website visitors, early access applicants, waitlist participants, private beta applicants, private beta users, registered users, and future paid subscribers.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is visited. Cookies help websites recognize devices and browsers, maintain authenticated sessions, remember user preferences, improve security, improve functionality, and measure usage and performance when analytics are enabled.

Some cookies are placed directly by PropioLedger("first-party cookies"), while others may be placed by service providers or partners ("third-party cookies").

3. Similar Technologies

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, security tokens, SDKs, pixel technologies, and device identifiers. For purposes of this Cookie Policy, these technologies are referred to collectively as "cookies" unless the context requires otherwise.

4. Cookies Currently Used by PropioLedger

At the time of this version of the Cookie Policy, PropioLedger primarily uses strictly necessary cookies and storage for user authentication, session management, security protections, fraud prevention, consent management, and account access controls. Because these cookies are required to operate the Services, they cannot be disabled through Cookie Preferences.

• Strictly Necessary: Required for security, authentication, network delivery, and core product operation. These cookies cannot be disabled.
• Functional: Remembers preferences and optional settings that make PropioLedger easier to use. These cookies can be managed through Cookie Preferences.
• Analytics: Controls optional analytics cookies or non-essential analytics technologies. PropioLedger also uses cookieless aggregate Vercel Web Analytics on public pages. These cookies can be managed through Cookie Preferences.
• Advertising: Supports advertising and retargeting. No advertising vendors are currently active. These cookies can be managed through Cookie Preferences.
• Communication: Supports optional chat, messaging, and communication tools. No chat vendors are currently active. These cookies can be managed through Cookie Preferences.

6. Current Configuration

At the time of this version of the Cookie Policy:

• PropioLedger is operating an invite-only private beta program and is collecting early access requests for future beta invitations.
• Vercel Web Analytics may run on public pages as cookieless aggregate analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies.
• PropioLedger also records limited first-party usage events in its own database for product operations, aggregate usage reporting, public form submissions, and authenticated app usage. These first-party records are not advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or session replay.
• Early access request forms and waitlist workflows may use strictly necessary cookies, consent records, fraud prevention controls, and related technical protections required to process requests and maintain platform security.
• Voluntary beta feedback forms, surveys, and feature request workflows may be used during the beta program.
• No advertising pixels or marketing trackers are active.
• No session replay tools are active.
• No behavioral advertising technologies are active.
• No chat, SMS, or marketing automation vendors are active.

If optional analytics cookies or additional optional technologies are added later, they must be assigned to the appropriate category and blocked until consent is granted where required.

7. Cookie Preferences

Users may manage cookie preferences through the Cookie Preferencesinterface available through PropioLedger. Users may accept all optional cookies, reject non-essential cookies, modify cookie preferences, or withdraw consent. Changes to preferences apply prospectively.

Cookie Preferences displays a Consent ID for browser-level requests. PropioLedger stores consent choices with policy version, action, timestamp, region/country when available, Global Privacy Control status, and privacy-safe hashed request identifiers when available.

8. Consent Requirements

Where required by applicable law, PropioLedger will obtain consent before activating analytics cookies, advertising cookies, communication cookies, or other non-essential technologies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because they are required to provide the Services.

9. Global Privacy Control

PropioLedgerrecognizes and honors browser-based Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signals where applicable. When a valid GPC signal is detected, applicable advertising-related processing, analytics-related processing, sale/sharing preferences, and other applicable opt-out preferences may be disabled or honored automatically. Where feasible, users may receive notice that their GPC preference has been recognized.

10. Do Not Sell or Share

PropioLedger does not currently sell personal information and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If PropioLedger introduces advertising technologies in the future, this Cookie Policy and related privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.

11. Third-Party Cookies and Providers

Certain service providers may set cookies or use similar technologies on our behalf to support hosting, authentication, security, infrastructure, payments if enabled, customer support, maps, and geocoding. These providers may process information solely as necessary to provide services to Stilly Ventures, Inc..

• Supabase for authentication and database services.
• Vercel for hosting, runtime infrastructure, platform security, and consent-controlled public web analytics.
• Resend for email delivery.
• Geoapify, OpenStreetMap, or Nominatim for optional map and geocoding workflows.

12. Cookie Retention

Cookie duration varies depending on the cookie. Session cookies may be deleted automatically when a browser session ends. Persistent cookies may remain until expiration, preference changes, withdrawal, or browser deletion. Consent cookies and related consent records may be retained as necessary to remember privacy choices and demonstrate compliance obligations.

Separately from browser cookies, older stored cookie consent records may be purged according to configured compliance retention workflows.

13. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow users to view cookies, delete cookies, block cookies, and configure cookie preferences. Blocking certain cookies may impact functionality of the Services. Because authentication and security features rely on certain cookies, disabling all cookies may prevent use of portions of PropioLedger.

14. Future Technologies

PropioLedger may introduce additional technologies in the future, including analytics tools, marketing technologies, advertising technologies, customer support tools, communication platforms, session replay tools, or AI-assisted support technologies. When required by law, users will receive notice, consent will be obtained, and cookie disclosures will be updated.

Future technologies may include product analytics tools used to understand onboarding, feature adoption, product usage patterns, and beta feedback.

15. Cookie Inventory

• Supabase authentication/session cookies: Strictly Necessary. Authenticate users, maintain sessions, and protect account access. Provider: Supabase. Duration: Session or persistent, depending on authentication state and provider settings.
• propio_cookie_consent: Strictly Necessary. Stores the current browser consent choice, Consent ID, policy version, action, and GPC status. Provider: PropioLedger. Duration: Persistent until changed, withdrawn, expired, or deleted by the browser.
• Cookie preference local storage: Strictly Necessary. Lets the browser remember and apply cookie preferences before optional scripts can load. Provider: PropioLedger. Duration: Persistent until changed, withdrawn, expired, or deleted by the browser.
• Platform security and routing cookies: Strictly Necessary. Support hosting, routing, bot mitigation, abuse prevention, security, and network delivery. Provider: Vercel or infrastructure providers. Duration: Session or persistent, depending on provider settings.

This inventory should be reviewed whenever new cookies, tracking technologies, or service providers are introduced.

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes may be communicated through website notices, application notices, email communications, or other reasonable methods. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Cookie Policy.
