A charge due at booking for a rental, especially a nightly rental.
Definition
A Booking Charge is a rental charge due when a booking is made. For nightly rentals, the booked stay can be partially or fully due at booking.
Formula
Booking-due nightly rent = total nightly stay amount * booking-due percentage.
Total nightly stay amount = nightly rate * night count.
