Booked Rent
Rent-only value booked for rentals in a selected period.
Definition
Booked Rent is the rent-only value committed by rental terms for the selected period. It answers what rent was booked, not what cash was collected.
Formula
Booked Rent = sum of rent amounts from Rental Ledger months in the selected period.
Monthly rentals use monthly rent and proration rules. Nightly rentals use nightly rate times night count.
Included Records
- Rent charges from non-canceled rentals that overlap the selected period.
- Monthly rent, prorated monthly rent, final partial month rent, and nightly stay rent.
Excluded Records
- Payments collected.
- Deposits, cleaning fees, late fees, reimbursements, waivers, refunds, and property expenses.
- Canceled rentals in normal performance views.
