Property Cashflow
Property-level money in and out for a selected period.
Definition
Property Cashflow is the property-level view of collections, refunds, expenses, and net cash movement by month.
Formula
Revenue = gross revenue payments for the property in the month.
Other Collections = gross non-revenue collections such as deposits and reimbursements.
Refunds = refunded payment amounts shown as cash outflow.
Expenses = sum of property expenses paid in the month.
Net = revenue + other collections - refunds - expenses.
