Recurring Expense
A scheduled property expense series that creates posted expense rows as occurrences become due.
Definition
A Recurring Expense is a property-level expense schedule. The schedule rule is stored separately from posted expense rows, and due occurrences are materialized into the property expense ledger.
Formula
Posted recurring expense total = sum of materialized recurring expense occurrences in the selected period.
Future scheduled occurrences are not counted until they become due and are posted.
