Refund
Money returned against a posted payment without deleting the payment record.
Definition

Formula
Net collected payment amount = payment amount - refunded amount.
Revenue reports use the net collected amount for revenue payment types.
Where Refunds Appear
- End Rental and Cancel Rental workflows can record refund amounts.
- Property cashflow displays refunds as their own outflow column.
